Visio Professional won't install, BOOTSTRAPPER issue - Microsoft Community

  I had Office Professional working fine with no trouble. I downloaded and tried to install Visio Professional and it gave errors. I'm trying to install Visio Standard on a users desktop who is stating "Microsoft Visio encountered an error during setup" and. I've got Office installed as well as Access These application are running without any issues. Operating system is Windows 7.
